This Privacy Policy and Cookies Statement describes how AP Reserve Foundation Company ( “AP Reserve”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes a limited amount of data (defined below) from: Visitors to our website (“Site”); and Any other individual about whom AP Reserve may obtain data In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means information that (either in isolation or in combination with other information held by AP Reserve) enables you to be identified as an individual or recognized directly or indirectly.

We do not collect Personal Data when you use our Site.

Overview

Unless we specifically state otherwise, AP Reserve is the data processor of any data we process, and is therefore responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes we use are compliant with data protection laws, to the extent applicable to us. AP Reserve personnel and contractors are required to comply with this Privacy Policy and complete data protection training, where appropriate. Collection of Data AP Reserve collects Computer Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, unique device identifier (“UDID”), web server logs and other technologies and other data linked to a device, and data about usage of our Sites (“Usage Data”). A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser.

Use of Data

To make our Site more intuitive and easier to use we may collect data on how many times the Site is visited, which countries those visits come from, and what devices are used to view it. We do this in a way that is in no way personally identifiable to you. This data is necessary for our legitimate interests in monitoring how our Site is used to help us improve the Site, and the information and tools available on the Site. Your Device IP Address may be temporarily stored in our web logs, it is however not associated with the above data.
